1. Choose your groups.  Please remember to choose groups members based on your abilities to work together.  Also make sure that there are times that you can meet with your group to work on your movie.

2. Research exercise plans and training philosophies.  Use these websites:

While looking at these websites, start a list of your own philosophies, exercise ideas, tips for success, etc.

3. Describe your philosophies as a trainer and how you will be successful.  Create a workout plan for an individual based on their weight, goals, lifestyle, and interests (you may create a fictional person).

4. Create an audition tape that shows philosophies as a trainer, shows that you can be successful, and shows someone completing parts of your workout plan that you made.  Be sure to make your audition tape creative and fun to watch, while making sure that you stay on track.  Do you want to watch a sample audition tape?
